Recently inducted into the Rock & Roll Hall of Fame, Duran Duran have sold over 100 million records worldwide during their remarkable four-decade career. With 18 singles charted in the US, 21 tracks reaching the UK Top 20, and consistent success on Italian charts — most recently with their studio album Danse Macabre — the band has firmly established itself as one of the most influential and enduring acts in music history.
Duran Duran are also behind the only James Bond theme to ever top global charts, and have collaborated with some of the most revered creative figures in music, film, and television, including director David Lynch, who helmed one of their most acclaimed concert films. Among their many accolades are eight lifetime achievement awards and a prestigious star on the Hollywood Walk of Fame.
Formed in 1978 in Birmingham, England, Duran Duran have always thrived in the shadows, embracing bold artistic, emotional, and aesthetic extremes. Their most iconic hits — including Hungry Like the Wolf, Ordinary World, and Rio — ignite audiences, inspiring collective singalongs and dance-floor euphoria under the spell of a summer night sky. Famed for their seamless fusion of music, fashion, design, and technology, Duran Duran have continuously pushed the boundaries of pop culture, redefining the intersection of art and innovation.
Led by frontman Simon Le Bon, with Nick Rhodes on keyboards, John Taylor on bass, and Roger Taylor on drums, Duran Duran remain at the forefront of the global music scene. Decades into their career, they continue to captivate fans with unrivalled energy and creativity.
Their 2021 album, Future Past, was met with widespread critical acclaim, including praise from Rolling Stone. In 2023, the band released their sixteenth album, Danse Macabre — a vibrant collection of new songs, reimaginings of iconic hits, and unexpected covers.
Sardinia will witness an electrifying performance, featuring a setlist packed with legendary anthems such as Girls on Film, The Wild Boys, The Reflex, Ordinary World, Come Undone, and Rio, along with a selection of powerful new tracks from Danse Macabre that breathe fresh energy into their celebrated repertoire.
